I’d like to thank Chris for all of his help with my home computer. When I first called Chris with a problem with my computer, I admit, I was a little nervous. I am not very familiar with computers and their internal processes, or why I had a virus, but I knew I needed to call someone for help.
Chris had me log into their website and allow him access to my computer. He immediately began checking things as I sat back and watched. I was very impressed by how quickly and easily he went through several screens and how he took the time to explain what he was doing, in ways that I could understand.
