Q: Why do I need a strategy, I’m happy with the technology I have?
You may be missing or not leveraging features that could help you be more productive, profitable and competitive with less downtime, decreased risks and reduced management. Old software may not address security challenges raised by today’s remote work environments.

Q: We are frustrated with our current IT vendor but are afraid we would be jumping into another fire.

Q: New IT software or hardware isn’t in our budget.
Not all situations require new hardware or software. Sometimes organizations have the correct technology however it may be configured poorly or you may not be leveraging its full potential. Additionally, there are a number of financing programs available from different vendors that may make it more economical for you or allow you to spread out your payments.

Q: We tried Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools but nobody used it.
